White Pink Lavender You Ask?

Melissa English lavender has light pink and whitish flowers growing on the same airy spikes. If you like to cook with lavender, the dried lavender flowers of this cultivar are reputed to have an especially mild and delicate flavour. Some have described it as having a hint of pepper making it a good choice for savoury dishes. The soft colour of this lavender make it a favourite for wedding bouquets.
