Hidcote English Lavender
Often used for culinary purposes. The silvery leaves and colorful violet-blue flowers of this lavender plant bloom in late spring or early summer and sometimes again in fall. When dried, the barrel shaped flowers keep their colors and the fragrant aroma is released with a gentle pinch. A fantastic dried lavender.

Maillette English Lavender
Easily one of the largest English lavenders. It is considered one of the best angustifolia lavender plant varieties for oil distillation and is grown extensively in France today. Lavender Maillette is particularly high in linalyl acetate. This gives it a fine and rather sweet aroma. If a perfumer wants to work with a natural lavender, Lavender Maillette is the oil of choice.

Melissa English Lavender
Melissa English lavender has light pink and whitish flowers growing on the same airy spikes. If you like to cook with lavender, the dried lavender flowers of this cultivar are reputed to have an especially mild and delicate flavour. Some have described it as having a hint of pepper making it a good choice for savoury dishes. The soft colour makes of this lavender plant make it a favourite for wedding bouquets.
